Office Depot

Stopped at Forest Hill Ave. Office Depot to send three packages UPS, USPS or whatever. Young lady behind counter doing nothing turns the computer screen around facing me and tells me to fill in the forms. She then turns around and walks away, leaving me there not having a clue as to what to do (I am 83 years old and not that computer literate). She didn't start doing something else, she just walked away. This has been my go to office supply place, not that I buy that much, but my last major purchase was an HP Envy Photo Printer. I just walked out. Doubt I'll go back even for a paper clip.

I went to this location to print some documents out and I had an over the top GREAT experience with Lamonte and Shauneice!! They helped me size the document the way I needed it MULTIPLE times and did not complain once and kept a smile on their face. They even went so far as to put even more work in the document on Adobe so it had the borders I needed. I have never be to any Office Depot location where there was as excellent service as I had here. Two of the nicest workers who went far above and beyond what was needed of them. I would repeatedly come back to this location just because of the service I got from these two.

I went into office Max to have a photo printed which I have done no issue before. The manager made me feel uncomfortable by immediately expressing dissatisfaction by the fact the the business would be closing in 25 min. I was confused and surprised that she was so unprofessional making it clear I was a burden based on her body language and tone. After she got the hint she was being unprofessional she offered to have my photo ready to be printed the next day and the attempted to help a gentleman behind me ... most likely because they where closing soon. After helping the gentleman behind me she got another employee to pull up my photo to then tell me he cannot print the image because it was copyrighted. I was very upset at this point because I had previously printed a copy righted image at that location and I felt as if the closing factor was a large part and I did not leave feeling understanding but enraged because of the poor service lack of empathy and down right unprofessionalism. Definitely not something I would expect from management.
