        A clear failure of management A very nice young man made my sub. He was polite and courteous but clearly had no idea what he was doing. The sub was awful. He was the only person working in the store. He told me he just started. I wouldve walked out if I heard that earlier. Not sure how an untrained employee runs a sandwich shop. Obviously the owner doesnt give a hoot about quality. Stay away
