Got three bids to have a tree-sized branch cleared and to remove a 40' long, 2' thick branch that grew over our roof. Tree Notch did both projects for the price others wanted just to remove the branch that grew over the roof. His crew began the work the day after we accepted his proposal and were done in three days. Fence sections were removed and replaced properly and everything was cleaned up by the time the job was done. Great job, Lin!

Mr. Baker provided a thoroughly disappointing job from start to finish. He and his crew estimates the job would take 3-5 days and we're on my property for over 3 weeks. We agreed to half up front then the rest at completion. Every day during those 3 weeks he asked me for more money and kept threatening to walk off the job if I didn't pay him more. I'm glad I didn't pay him in full before finishing the job because he got the Major logs he wanted off my property then walked off the job, letting me with 13 stumps, a yard full of the clippings and piles of mulch at the end of my driveway from the few branches they did grind up. He broke nearly everything on my property and kept trying to hide things from me or tell me he was not going to replace them. I wrote "it's a big job, you have to realize that stuff if going to get broken." He got both of my fences, broke my sewer cleanout, broke my light post, and those were just the minor things. In an attempt to get full size logs, he was dropping trees that were far too tall, one of which too a huge limb off another tree, which too the perpo and internet off my house, broke the fence, broke my gutters and hhi my roof. That was the first time I came home to no power on my house and had to call Dominion for a service visit that he promised he would not be covering. "I'm not paying for that, I'll walk off the job." The second time they took the power off my house, they just reattached it and never told me about it, hoping I wouldn't notice. Pretty easy detective solve when they were working on trees bear power lines and I came home to no power in my entire house for the second time. Again, he refused to pay for any damages. Late into the job, I overheard that his entire crew lives in a halfway house, trying to overcome drug addiction and Mr. Baker told me himself that he very recently got it if jail after bring locked up for a year. Do not trust this company, they need to find another trade to work in.

So I am not even a customer, just a victim. They smashed into my family car and are now denying that they did so to the cops. see the red truck, see the red paint on our car? from the other reviews i have read my suspicions were true, they were drinking on the job. this company literally will damage your neighbors property and then deny it (they dont know i have pictures of them and their truck)
