        Ordered an upgrade for my daughter. The att store in michigan where she lives would not do the trade in. Stopped in and spoke with Jorge and he was extremely helpful. Told me he would process the trade in if my daughter sent me the phone. Fast forward a week and he did exactly what he said he would do. Thank you Jorge!!!
