Called made a appointment no one showed called back they said they had no one in the area to make me a key

Finally figured out how to get to our address, then said couldnt rekey a rental key to also be used by master key (which others have done no problem). They knew they were coming to rekey the house lock. Still wasn't prepared. Started making me feel uneasy that she may mess it up when she was digging around in the back of her car that i told her i changed my mind. Shed been there about 3 minutes and charged me $75 for doing nothing. Theyre shops right down the street. No true travel time, and she didnt provide any labor.. She said it was for labor. She was also 45 minutes late.

Absolute Garbage. They told me they would be here within an hour and 20 something minutes later, they cancel saying they do not have an agent available. Don't even call if it's your last choice.
