Regal Harbour View Grande

Nobody was able to scan my tickets because they were all working concessions. The kiosk to claim the tickets bought online was broken. Not like it matters because they didnt even have anybody checking tickets so pretty much anybody can walk in and watch a movie. Friend of mine ordered pizza and when we looked at it, it was quite literally the thickness of a puffed up tortilla PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT. Also had to wait around confused and finally found out that the 3D glasses that I literally need to see my movie were behind the concessions stand. Further more a couple of other people were complaining in person about their movie only playing sound, no picture at all on the screen. Message to management (because you looked all laughs and smiles while I was there) - get it together. There was maybe 4 people on staff that i could see, i dont know why or how that seems like enough people to run a movie theater.

Great movie, great service! The employee at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful! Her name was Isabella. The seats recline in the theater so that was also nice.

Theater 10 has blown out speakers. It would've been 1 star but the management looked out. Im worried for theaters survivability. Regardless they need to fix the quarter prize machines and fix the theaters. GO
