Ive had a great experience renting with Avis in the past. But my most recent two rentals with Krystal went so well she was kind, patient & I appreciate her amazing customer service! Highly recommend.

I reserved a car. Unfortunately, she didnt like that I didnt speak English well, she said that she didnt have a car for me, when I said that I had reserves and it didnt matter either, so send me an advertisement that come and please rent a car, I dont need it .....

My rental was due but I forgot to extend it. So I received a call from the office. Expressing my forgetfulness, I left the woman know I needed to create a new reservation. She mentioned I needed to tell when the rental was returning . Before I could respond my phone died. Once I got to my car to a charger I called back. Clearly they have caller id because I can hear the phone pick up and then hang up , twice. The 3rd time she like the automatic message pick it up but I called a fourth time and she knew exactly who I was telling me about my future Rev. I created while trying to get her back on the phone. Attitude and behavior unnecessary. Will be my last reservation
