Where would I be without the Graticle Design team?! Probably using a Wix website building hosted by Go Daddy, and no doubt it would disorganized and incoherent. The complete opposite of what it is with Shawn and his team taking care of me! Shaw has been amazing to work with from the very first day that we started working on the site. He asked me very intentional, thoughtful questions to help elicit what it was that I wanted from the website and offered suggestions all along the way while not steering me where he might want me to go. His years of experience show as he masterfully creates the website out of thin air. Okay, I admit that last part isn't true...we are relatively close to sea level and I am pretty sure it was not humid that day. Now back to the accolades of Graticle Design! Shawn was able to help me create a website that was not only functional but easy to navigate for the user. When I wanted certain features he was able to help me do it quickly and was very quick to respond. I have never felt like I was just another paycheck to him, but that he appreciated me and that I was valued. Graticle even has someone manning their phone lines 24 hours a day so that you never have to leave a voicemail. You actually get to speak with someone who lives here in America and is not difficult to understand. This is a feature that is very important to me. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. If you are in the market for a new website or want to give your existing site a few tweaks or a complete makeover you should not hesitate to give Shawn and Graticle Design your business!
