        Service department at Tom Denchel's Ford is amazing. They discovered a problem which could have been life threatening if it was not fixed. Thank's to them everything was fixed and I was on the road in a very short time. When they started the time would be approximately 3-4 hours. However, fix was done in less than 3 hours. Thank you service group at Denchel.

        Thanks to the service department and my advisor Christian and the tech that stayed late to finish up the injector pump repair, our truck is our business and we were stuck in a local motel 250 miles from home. We are back on the road and working, thanks guys Update: although you fixed our truck in record time, the coolant return line to the resavor was broken on a tank that was replaced a few months ago and we lost over 3 gallon of coolant before we found it, otherwise the service was good but I am deducting 1 star

        This group went above and beyond making buying a vehicle something special. The salesman Edgar was kind, friendly, and never over barring. There was never a time that I didnt feel in control of the sale or that I was forced into a vehicle. Cody in finance is the best in the business. He gets you the best payment option out there while also answering any questions you might have. Lastly but definitely not the least of the group, Tom Denchel's service department came in clutch. Oscar was on the ball and got me in earlier than I expected to handle business on my vehicle as promised by Edgar and Cody. It was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. Way better than the other guys down the road which I've dealt with before. Moving on, Tom Denchel has earned all of my future business.
