Evolve Apartments

There are many reasons why I recommend not choosing Evolve Apartments or doing business with Melissa Richardson and SUHRCO Management. Two examples for you to consider when choosing where to move into: * One month into my lease I was woken up in the middle of the night by breaking glass. A kitchen cabinet had fallen apart and hundreds of dollars of glassware shattered. Wine glasses, mugs, and vases. When I raised this to Ms Richardson she laughed in front of me and said 'Evolve is not responsible for maintaining cabinetry in the building'* Upon moving out of Evolve an additional month of rent (autopay for July) was deducted. I still have not received that autopay back in full Be warned in your decision to lease with this company.

One of the top apartments in Cap Hill to tour clients. Beautiful, upscale and the staff is amazing.

When I moved in back in early 2021, one of the only things that dissuaded me was the negative reviews. After noticing many of these reviews were old, and more recent ones mentioned that evolve underwent a management change leading to a much better experience, I felt comfortable moving in. Throughout my stay, I was made to feel so at home, due to the neighborly attitude of Melissa and those at Evolve. They really made my family feel comfortable and taken care of. The facilities were always clean. The maintenance was fantastic even though I only had to work with them once. And outside of the team, I loved the location, floorplan, balcony, and view. I will absolutely miss living here and always look back at this time of my life fondly. Thank you Melissa and team! (P.s. this is a great spot if you want to live in walking distance of some of the best take-out in Seattle, its a foodies paradise)
