Greenhouse Apartments

They take a long time (weeks/months) to fix/resolve internal issues. Example: 1 month ago I communicated them about an external spotlight and my microwave light burned out, still at the current time no one came to fix it. I feel like I'm invisible and worthless living here. I hope others have better luck than I did.

I would like to give a thumbs up to AJ, who takes very good care of the building. Hes always available and is a great asset to the building. The best maintenance guy we have ever had!

I really like living at the Greenhouse: its close to my work and downtown Columbia City, which has a lot of restaurants we enjoy. Its also fairly close to the light rail. The fitness center is very convenient, as are the washer and dryer in our apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff is professional and friendly. Neighbors are respectful. Apartment feels up to date and spacious. Great location.

I have been a resident at the Greenhouse for over a year now and it has been a very pleasant experience. Tenants are nice and the staff is kind and helpful as well. AJ always helps with maintenance issues promptly and gets things resolved efficiently. Some package theft but what can you expect in this city. All in all the Greenhouse is a great place to live!
