        It's rare when boutiques like Totokaelo are staffed with a crew so knowledgeable but also welcoming and thoughtful. While their aesthetic borders on SoHo Gallery myself and family always feel welcome and what always starts out as "just popping in" turns into an extended stay. I say this because anyone can carry clothes but it's the entire experience as you enter and leave that keeps us coming back.

        My introduction to this company was through a fraudulent transaction. I found the way in which they Handel the return unacceptable. I shipped the package back quickly and the shipping charges weren’t fully refunded as promised. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t trust dealing with them.
