Queen Anne Laundry Room

Refused entry at 7:10 pm for only a dryer!!When I arrived, the doors were locked. A man approached the door and told me it was too late to do laundry. I explained I only needed to use the dryer and he still did not allow entry stating " its too late to do laundry. It does not take 2 hours to dry 1 large load/ 2 small loads of laundry. They should advertise a proper closing time. I drove 12 minutes here, spent several minutes finding parking, the walked 2 blocks down with 2 bags of wet clothing, only to have to walk 2 blocks back. Wasted my time!!! Advertise when you close!! Imo, totally unreasonable. And there were clothes laying everywhere for their laundry service. They can absolutely. get. bent.

Came in around 7:15pm after work only to see it closed. Associate inside said that other customers were "taking too long" so he closed early, to top it off he said "complain to my boss if you have a issue."

This is NOT a self service laundromat, you need to ask the attendant to turn the machines on for you. Two of the 3 attendants I've seen there are perfectly nice, but the one I see most is usually angry and unpleasant! Half of the machines are broken anyway. This used to be my go-to laundromat because of its location, but honestly I just can't take it anymore. Not going back.

Easily the worst and most uncomfortable laundromat experience I've ever had. The attendant, if that's even what he was, was so off-putting. From the moment I walked in until I left, I was on-edge and incredibly uncomfortable. The attendant micromanaged my entire load of laundry like I was sent in to specifically ruin the establishment + their machines lmao, I am genuinely so confused how ANYONE would ever want to come here. Not only was I put off by the entire atmosphere of the place (very disorganized and not at all clear on how it works), but I was YELLED at by the attendant for attempting to set up my load of laundry (picking type / temperature of my wash, saying I'd "break the machine"), he literally WATCHED over my shoulder as I poured my detergent -- I guess to not make sure that I poured too much? As if I'd never done a load of laundry before? LOL and he also checked on how I'd packed my clothes into the washer??? SO WEIRD. He told me to return at a certain time and when I arrived earlier, he had already touched my clothes consisting of underwear + gym clothes (as a woman, very uncomfortable) and put them in the dryer -- stating he "didn't know if I'd come back" like ?????????? I also saw him lock the doors early and at least 3 people were turned away even though the place didn't close supposedly until 9. So weird and so uncomfortable and I will NEVER be returning, my god. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. And if you need to know who to avoid, the man I'm talking about is the same as this other person's review where the pic is just of a dude just sitting there.
