In January 2023 this restaurant changed locations and ownership, and while the menu is different the food is still delicious. Theres much more space in this new location on 15th and while the interior has lost a little of its street food charm, we still enjoyed the atmosphere. When we dined here last night they told us the menu is undergoing constant change while they gather feedback from customers. I look forward to trying new plates.

I wasn't aware that the ownership had changed. But this was definitely was not what I was expecting. We had the cucumber pineapple salad which was far below average. The chicken wings and fried rice were a little better but hardly met expectations. Place looks nice but was overall highly disappointed

Haven't been back to Kedai Malian since before they moved to the new location. So happy they expanded their space to make dining experience more enjoyable. The food speaks for itself (it's amazing!), so having a more spacious place to sit and enjoy all the scrumptious dishes makes it a much more exciting experience. Our group enjoyed all the dishes we ordered, starting with the cucumber and pineapple salad - so refreshing and unique, a great pairing to heaving dishes. The roti with dahl was a nice starter. Dahl a rad too salty, but went well with the net roti. A fun appetizer! The ribs stole the show (so tender and flavorful!). However, my favorite was the fried chicken - absolutely impeccable! Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, with a nice spicy chili crunch added on top. A must try! The rice was flavorful and had a nice mix of goodies. All the dishes came together beautifully, and I can't wait to go back for more!
