        Hired this company to do a drain cleaning due to a clogged drain. They came 5 days ago, did the drain cleaning (only about 1 foot of blockage), charged $550. Drain is completely clogged again, (they didnt go far enough as weve had this problem before) and when I called to see if they could come back to fix it since it wasnt completed, they said they would have to charge an additional full service charge for this. Went with a much better company instead! Would not recommend using them. Service: Drain cleaning

        I was in Florida, on business, when the water heaterdied a watery death. I asked my daughter to call Beacon, as we've used them in the past and were extremely satisfied.Will was there within the hour to remove the failed unit and get in touch with the Quick Dry restoration team.. After 5 days of fans and dehumidifiers in the laundry closet, hallway, under house and kitchen, we got a water heater. Temporary installation as we will have walls, floors and kitchen renovation done. Amazing what kind of damage water does and how far it travels! We will always use Beacon!Thanks Will!!!

        I had an emergency with my kitchen faucet and Jesus and Liam were able to come out within 2 hours of me calling and fixed the problem! Very professional and efficient. I highly recommended this company and these technicians!
