If you have the opportunity to work with Michelle, you should jump on it! We were referred to Michelle by our loan officer and can say without a doubt that working with Michelle was one of the most rewarding parts of our home search. Michelle’s responsiveness, engagement, and thoughtfulness are beyond reproach.
From our first email exchange, Michelle showed genuine interest and care surrounding us, and our home search and this responsiveness were consistent day or night. When the moment came where we found a house, we both liked, Michelle knew! She spent the entire day with us, booking additional showings for our family to see and hanging out at our family’s home, walking us through every question and 'what if' of our offer process. We could not have asked for someone more knowledgeable or down to earth, she truly made us comfortable with such a big decision. Michelle helped us understand how to put our best foot forward in such a competitive market, from helping us write the best offer to helping us write an appealing buyer’s letter.
When preparing for the transaction Michelle was once again with us every step of the way, guiding us on the next steps, communicating with every party involved, and going out of her way to make sure we were informed and getting the best value we could ask for.
