Sound Pacific

This was a terrible experience - I am happy to remove this review if I hear back from Michael or Sound Pacific. I had an appointment scheduled for Michael to do a roof repair estimate for my client (I am a realtor). Communication was great prior to the appointment, but nobody showed up at the appointed time. I have left a voicemail and multiple text messages but have not heard back. It has now been over 24 hours. I waited over an hour with my client - very embarrassing! I certainly hope everything is okay and there is not some sort of health emergency. As mentioned, I am happy to remove this review if that is the case.

Michael and his team replaced my roof. They did a great job. Very easy to communicate with, attention to detail and great craftsmanship. Would highly recommend!

Michael and his roofing crew did an excellent job on our roof. They were respectful of our property and easy to deal with. Communication was good and professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

20+ year old cedar shake roof developed a leak. A few buckets and quotes later we decided to go with Sound Pacific and full roof replacement. Michael was great to work with. He explained what was happening with our existing roof and the options to fix it. Sound Pacific was able to start work within the week. The crew showed up promptly and worked their butt's off until it was completed and cleaned up. Would definitely use Sound Pacific again but hopefully that won't be for a few decades.
