One of my favorite small motels in town! The rooms are nice and clean. Plenty of room, they don't feel crammed.
The staff is so caring and sweet and genuinely care about their guests and their stay. They both live on site and like I said, care about the goings on at their property. No trouble makers allowed and it feels safer than most of downtown does.
Also, only a 2min drive to Interstate 90 and maybe 10minutes tops to Spokane International Airport.
All in all, a great place to stay while visiting Spokane and I will always recommend the Boulevard Motel!

The room was extraordinarily clean, considering the location and the price. The cost was very reasonable. I would go there again and refer others to stay there.
