My daughter and I have been going here for the past 4 months. Supervised visitations can be stressful, for everyone involved. Most of the staff do there best to make the experience as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. Remember the most important thing is to enjoy (your) family time. As the weeks have gone by the experience has gone from enjoyable to outright unbearable. The staff have become spiteful and resentful to my family time. They've recently moved to the new location which brought with it of course new rules. Which are absurd if not surreal. I.e. you can no longer feed (your) child any food, nothing! You can no longer give your baby any formula or bottle of any-kind! You may provide (your) child with water only. And if I was told right, it must come from the facility. That was the last straw! They will be instituting rescheduling fees regardless of reason or length of time of cancellation. The new location has a host of security problems, for most going thought this process that's a priority. It's in a large business center with several other businesses inside the building and the surrounding vicinity, making it feel intrusive and privacy impossible. The Parking lots are a joke, with max 2 hour parking. This is not a place to have a visitation center. With more activity and many more people coming and going it brings a host of potential problems to arise. There's no outside area for children to play either. To give a comparison they're old location was a singular building with only the visitation center inside. It was a secure location with security cameras around it, in a quiet residential area, next to a church. With a nice fenced in picnic area next to the building with grass for children to play. The parking lots where wide open and easy to access. Drop off and pick up was a breeze, you could pull right up to the curb, exit to the door that was 20 feet away. In closing, there are many other options out there for you to enjoy (your) family time. I suggest looking into other options before going down this road...

It was okay. They did their stated purpose, to provide a mediated place where separated parents can swap or visit their kids. I've visited twice, as a visiting dad who gets to see his daughters on a supervised visit. The staff who monitored the room were nice and left you alone, except for occasionally asking a clarification question (what did you say you were playing? For example) just for their notes. The facility itself is a little boring, my kids were bored the second visit, however you can go off campus to the nearby bowling alley if parents allow it. The biggest complaint I have is the outdoor area is literally devoid of EVERYTHING, because of covid19 the staff states. All in all, meh not too bad.
