Regus - Washington, Spokane - Wells Fargo Center

Was just there for the past year, we ended our lease on 5/31/23. And there is not enough I can say about Cassidy and her staff. They are so helpful to everyone there, they are polite and kind to anyone that walks in the door and on to the floor. I appreciate everything they have done for myself and company I work for. Thank you again for the past year.

Office space and location is great, but..... You better make sure you document everything in writing in regards to charges. Coffee/Tea service is automatically charged even if you don't want it. You have to opt out of it on your MyRegus account. Then if you cancel the service they will charge you a late fee for a service you did not order. Their solution was to pay the bill then they would refund it. So to recap I got billed for a service I didn't want but didn't opt out on early enough. Then was charged a late fee because I didn't want to pay for a service I did not order. Two months later they are sticking to it that I owe them. Really bad customer service in my opinion.

The leasing agent was rude and not helpful, i did not like the building, and though it could use a better management.

I had an office here at this location. I had tons of issues with the then area manager Bobby Smith. She was taking screenshots of my social media and spreading rumors around the center to other staff as well as tenets. She was eventually fired for trying to steal business away from the center. I asked to be either let out of me lease or at least compensated for the harassment. Spoke to upper management and they refused any assistance. I finished paying my lease in order to not affect my credit. I decided to move to Florida and have my contract moved there. Which they did. However I still continue to get billed even though Im no longer there and am being billed in Florida as well. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Current Mgr Colby is a nice guy but its out of his ability to assist. I do not recommend ever dealing with this organization again. Just waiting for my credit to become affected so that I can take legal action. STAY AWAY!!!!
