The customer service representatives and the staff at Genesis are very professional and knowledgeable, they will usually get it right the first time when it comes to your questions or work that needs to be done, whether it be your auto or RV they do it all they're workmanship and customer service or impeccable I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a place to take their RV

I took my older (2004 Holiday Rambler 34 ft class A) motor home in for an oil change and a check on systems as I was getting ready for a big road trip. They sad they had a "Chasis Check "Deal" for 100.00; I gave it three days before I called back and was told they were writing up an estimate. I was SHOCKED when they presented me with an estimate of over 12,000.00 in repairs. They recommended that all of the brake system be replaced, the serpentine belts the abs sensors, various lights and turn signals needed replacing... all were at the high end price in parts and there labor is around 150.00 an hour! Needless to say, I took it to Dande RV, where I had bought it (they fixed all of the lights the abs system and checked the brakes (fine- at 50 %), changed the oil, topped everything off for around 2,000.00. I can only guess that this shop has wealthy clients. They are overpriced and misleading. I'm female, and older, but not stupid... beware of this shop unless you've money to waste.

I made an appointment and took my coach to Genesis. I explained my problem with a slide. That same day the Service Adviser, Candace Ransom, called and said the tech would like me to come so he could explain what was the problem. I did so and by they way that tech, I believe his name is Kyle, explained what was wrong and how he could fix it. Candace gave me an estimate and I said go for it. The problem was a slide needed adjusting and there was a bulge in the side wall. Two days later the coach was fixed and it exceded my expectations. They staff there is excellant, they really know what they are doing. Their customer service is the best I have had with the rv industry. I have had them do other work on the coach and always it's been done when they said it would be and the price they said. I would give them 5 plus stars. Don Dahl, Alpine Apex. Genesis is my go to place for my Alpine Apex. My latest boo boo was backing where I should not. A little problem with a big dent. Also a problem with the power cord. Made my appointment wit Servisor Advisor Theo and Took it there. A call later that day with time to fix and cost. Both Servisors Candace and Theo are awesome as well as the rest of the staff. They fix the problems on time and budget. Work on dent was such I could not tell anything had been from original. I would rate the entire organization 6 gold stars if possible. Both Candace and Theo are really super with the client service and fun to talk to to boot.
