Kyle went above and beyond what was necessary to help us get our 3 phone #'s ported from StraightTalk service and activated with Cricket on the day that our service plan with StraightTalk was expiring. StraightTalk did NOT make it easy to port our phone numbers. We had StraightTalk sims and we brought our own phones. We had just moved to the area from another state, and wanted an affordable service, so we could add a line for our teenager. It was not clear whether we needed our IMEI #'s or part of our sim #'s to port our #'s from StraightTalk. (You need to the last 15 of your sim.) StraightTalk kept denying the request. We had to get a StraightTalk tech on the phone, who personally confirmed the release of all 3 of our phone #'s. Kyle worked with us throughout the entire, excessively long and arduous process. He was knowledgeable, and courteous the whole time! We really appreciated Kyle's help and his friendly attitude. If management reads this, you need to give this young man a raise!
