Flowerama of Madison

Hello everyone! As a part of the store's staff, I would like to apologize for the poor experiences of the previous two reviewers and to make some announcements. The road construction on University Avenue is finally over on that block, and so the store has just recently undergone some major changes in the style of customer service, general appearance, product selection and other areas. There was also a huge staff turnover as far as I know. Several new people were hired in the past two months and then properly trained on serving customers; therefore, the overall quality of service should be improved by now. Personally, at least, I am not aware of any recent negative customer experiences. However, I would like for everyone to be aware of this: Flowerama of Madison does NOT DO ANY KINDS OF DELIVERIES as of now; it is yet unknown when the store will resume that service, but as soon as it happens, I will definitely make a note on here. Unfortunately, I do not have the power to update the official website info, but I will make sure to contact the appropriate staff regarding the misinformation.

Short story: ordered flowers online, got confirmation email, flowers were never delivered, unhappy girlfriend for Valentine's day, no response to my inquiries, girlfriend still sad, me pissed. Long story: I figured a good boyfriend should send flowers for Valentine's day. Not too creative, but still a nice move. Googled this store about 2 weeks ago, did place an online order and received my confirmation email instantly. So I thought I am set for Valentine's day. WRONG! Turns out they never delivered my order. Luckily, they haven't tried to withdraw any money from my account either, but they also do not reply to my emails asking about my order. My girlfriend also called the store, but got a very short and unfriendly reply on the phone. So actually, we are both pissed. What a great Valentine's present, hm....? So my opinion about this store: AVOID IT!!! I gave them a chance, but no service and no customer service AT ALL just does it. Never ever again!
