        Pros: The apartment is nice for the price you pay($1069). Great location. The place is quiet at night. The walls are decent. You can’t really hear your neighbors. They allow dogs which could be a bad thing or a good thing depending on who you are. The neighbors look out for each other, very safe. A couple of cameras around the apartment definitely need more. Never an issue with parking. Management is not annoying but not once have I ever seen management on the property, and no I’m not asking for management to come stop bye. Only one maintenance worker for the entire property. When you put a order in it takes a lot of time to get whatever you need fixed. It’s not the maintenance workers fault. They should definitely hire at least one more. The property can get dirty at times it takes a while for them to clean up.
