Keith and his crew did a great job on my shed slab. Price was fair, quality of work was very good. It had rained and was muddy so they laid out a plywood road for the concrete caddy to run on and not mess up the yard. They stayed out in the almost freezing temperature until 9 pm finishing up. Very happy with the results, I would definitely hire him again.

Vary satisfied with their work. Just and a 5 step concete stairway in front of my home removed and poured. Good communication, no bs. Will use again for more concrete work in the future and will recommend him to others.

Schilling concrete is fantastic! Great communication, showed up on time, and did an amazing job with the work. Keith and his team were very fast, efficient, didn't throw in any extra costs, and left our yard in great shape. Would absolutely recommend!

Keith was very nice and professional and his prices were very reasonable. I had every intention on hiring him to concrete my driveway. But he completely flaked on me. I hate to leave a bad review because he honestly seemed like quite a nice guy, but this was my experience. Called him for the first time in late July/early August to ask about getting a quote. Left him a voicemail. He called back 2 weeks later to set up an appointment. He showed up right on time, took measurements, talked me through the process, etc. He said he'd text me the final quote & details by the weekend (it was Wednesday). He texted me maybe a week later. I got a few other quotes from different contractors in the meantime but ultimately decided to go with Keith. By this time it was early September and I knew we were getting closer to the end of pouring season. When I called him to set something up he told me no problem, as he had a bit of free time in between a large project he was completing and my job would only take a day. He said he'd give me a call in about 3 weeks to let me know when he would show up the next week to start the job. I never heard from him again. I called once or twice a week after his 3 week deadline for at least another 4 weeks. Nothing. When his voicemail was not full and I was able to, I left messages each call. Complete silence. I don't know if he ran into scheduling conflicts and delays because of the bad weather or what, but the complete lack of communication is inexcusable. We even talked about how I had issues with getting communication back from other contractors I had tried to get quotes from before him. The least you could do AFTER we already had a verbal agreement that you would do work for me, is have the decency to reach out to me and let me know you will not be able to do it. I might have had time to hire someone else. Again, he seemed like a really nice guy and I was more than happy to give him my business even after I knew he was hard to get a hold of and actually get on the phone. But I guess I'll be looking for a new contractor come spring.
