I had an employee follow me around for 30 mins when I told her I didnt need help she didnt leave me alone I was trying to talk on the phone with my mom and she wasnt taking the hint to not be 2 feet away from me the whole time this was a month ago and today I went in and again the same girl followed me around and wouldnt leave after I said Im good I dont need any help honestly she makes me not want to come back to this store someone needs to talk to her about leaving people alone when thats what they want. Otherwise everybody else for the past two years has been amazing I love this store but she makes me not want to go back again.

The BEST customer experience ever! I met Coleen and Gabrielle today at Lush Mayfair mall, and OMG these girls are amazing! They helped me find what I was looking for and were very kind and lovely. I love Lush and love the humans working there
