        Excellent experience with Brian, Hannah, Dawn and the rest of the staff!! 1. Knowledgeable on what they sell. 2. Flexible w/ schedule for test drives and eventually taking delivery. 3. Gave us all info we asked for, and more, w/ different vehicle pricing, availability, explanations of the options, different payment options, etc. 4. Helped find the vehicle we wanted. 5. Gave us a good value for a competitive price. 6. Accommodated a special request we had upon taking delivery. 6. Made taking delivery extra special by giving us the "Kia-Saturn Congrats and Send Off" (inside story - need to ask them). 7. Best of all we were gifted a cardboard promo cut out of "Turbo" the hamster, in keeping w/ our purchase!! THANK YOU BOUCHER KIA!

        Such an awesome team at Kia Milwaukee Boucher! Everyone from our saleswoman, Donna who was so wonderful with us and went above and beyond our expectations to our finance officer Chad who made sure we felt good about our purchase. There wasn't one unfriendly face in the bunch!

        I have always liked Boucher service department, but not today. In March I had a routine oil change. They stated I had a tire rod issue (which I don't doubt). The problem is they put on paper a price of $172. Today April 16th I present Boucher service department with a coupon for $15 saving. They didn't honor the coupon. The reason why was because they had given me the coupon discount back in March! This was done because, as they say they knew that I was coming back to them and I was a good customer. I suggested to them, next time let me know what you're doing, that way I won't be expecting a discount. They say the original price for right front tire rod is $192?

        Donna was amazing helping me deal with my "car crisis." My 15 year old car stopped running. Donna gave me several options to consider and, once I decided, she helped me get through every step of the purchasing processing. Thanks Donna!
