Made an appointment days in advance for services at this location.
Arrived and waited for an hour for them to finally tell me my warranty services are closed, we dont have the go ahead from them to work on it and we dont even have your oil for your fancy European car.
I then asked why they didnt do all this when I first call and he said its cuz you didnt talk to me on the phone when you call.
Place is a joke, they didnt even offer another appointment or even try to fix the situation in anyway possible.

These guys are awesome. Quick friendly service and even gave discount on brakes with a warranty.
