AAA failed me again. I got a flat tire just down the road from Shadow's Auto LLC and AAA couldn't find a tow company that would tow my car. A kid stopped and called Shadow's for me, he came down the road, grabbed my tire and replaced it within and hour. Service charge amd tire out the door and even less than his initial quote. Then he even fed me while I waited for a ride. Not many good guys out there running a business that actually practices amazing customer service. This is one of those places!

Kenny is amazing! So friendly and always looks out for his customers. He does great work and always has a can-do attitude. He is the only shop I've let do work on my car, I usually do it myself. Definitely go to Kenny with any of your vehicle repair needs. He even buys cars for parts if you have one broken down.

I live in the twin cities and was getting off of 94 at the Baldwin Wisconsin exit when my right front wheel locked up. It was the 4th of July and I couldn't get help from the mechanic that had just worked on my car tonight before. I googled a nearby mechanic and got shadow. Lucky I did. He answered his phone on the afternoon of the 4th of July jumped on his motorcycle and came to the overpass where we were stuck. He helped me diagnose my problem. A previous mechanic hadn't properly bolted on the brake caliper! He recommended a tow company that came and moved my car to a shop. He took things apart discovered we needed a new wheel. Took a couple of days to get the new wheel but I couldn't even get one in the twin cities any quicker. This guy went above and beyond the call of duty fix the vehicle up and it runs and more importantly the wheel rolls great. If you're anywhere close to Wood Dale Wisconsin you'll have to use Shadow Auto for anything you need repaired. Thank you again!
