Stephen Palmer, service manager and possibly owner of M&R, is a crook! 7 days after fixing our water heater it started to leak even more so. We were informed by different repair services that he should never have welded our water heater, and should have gone with the warranty replacement option. Now our warranty has been voided. It took me a week to get ahold of him (I had to do so by hunting down an email address for him), which he promised a refund. It's been a month since that promise and no refund was given, and he's avoiding any form of communication. Do not go to this crook. Look elsewhere.

Used these guys awhile ago. They came to my camper and did a great job winterizing it. A little expensive I thought though. But a good pair of fellows.

M&R SAVED US WHEN OTHERS REFUSED. Scheduled service in Cheyenne for my 1993 Rockwood (Forest River) Model 1740 only to be informed they don't work on pop-ups. Guy they recommended said he doesn't work on 'em either. So he recommended M&R RV and I cannot say enough good things about Steve Palmer and his team. Problem was I could roll up the top using its hand crank but it wouldn't stay up. Palmer got into the bicycle chain lifter system and figured it out. No need to order parts. We bought this thing from the Iowa dealership almost brand new in 1993 and have owned it ever since. Because we couldn't find anyone willing to take a look at it we wondered whether it would ever get fixed. Steve turned this around in just a few days in time for us to camp out in our parking lot while we have the floors replaced in our condo. Thank you Steve Palmer!
