They were extremely responsive when a massive storm hit our town and I needed my very long drive way cleared. Scheduling was easy and my questions were answered promptly. They fit me into their schedule as soon as possible and kept me informed of my status on their dig out list when they were inundated with calls and other appointments. I was never left in the dark about when they would be to my house. They did excellent work and were very professional and personable. Will definitely be contacting again for snow removal needs. Thank you so much!

They paid attention to detail which is extremely important to us. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess after our carpet install. Professional and respectful from start to finish. I met with Deana and Nick in October. I requested work in order to sell our house. We paid the majority up front. The agreement was to complete the project by Thanksgiving 2020. Work to include indoor drywall patch and paint in dining room. Outside wood repair and paint. Fence repair and gutter repair and paint. Tree trim and disposal. Work was very slow and I lost track of how many excuses were used for delays. Right after Christmas they begged me for the balance in order to pay rent and I foolishly gave it to them which cost me any leverage to complete the job. I constantly texted Nick asking for updates. Many promises that they'll be there soon and they rarely ever were. It is now June 2021, the job was never finished and we were required to hire another handyman to finish what Nick didn't finish to complete the sale. The Pro in Pro Bros means professional right? The company is extremely un-professional and customer service is their lowest priority. I strongly recommend against hiring this company.
