The Oak Tree Inn's rooms are (for the most part) resreved for employees of the Union Pacific Railroad that are staying overnight and they only have 5 rooms available for the public. You'll find the front desk for the Oak Tree Inn next door at Penny's Diner. I would probably only use them as a last resort
