Food is great. While eating my food I noticed the employee was dealing with customer and dealing with money then without changing gloves touched all the food he was preparing.

First of all GREAT FOOD. Second of all TERRIBLE SERVICE. I order from here often and every time I do I always get disgusted looks or they treat me disrespectfully throughout the transaction process. Today I went in and they got an order through online and the manager freaked out in a panic and screamed out welcome everyone super sarcastically and while getting our food they said to another customer no we are just super overwhelmed after she said must be busy over all the disrespect is through the roof for being a simple pretzel place.

It usually is really good but the customer service is awful. When my friend ordered multiple things one of the works seemed annoyed to have to do her job. Then she missed giving her one of the things she asked for. After me and my friend asked them about it she seemed so angry to have to get them. We got told it would be 5 min but not even a min later she got her food but it was the stale cup that had been sitting their for who knows how long.
