Brian gets the job done! The first time I met Brian was interested to buy my family home and needed to close on it ASAP. With Brians help I was able to do so within three weeks. We came to Brian when we searched for mortgage brokers and found his company highly rated. He didn't disappoint. Our refinance had some issues in order to get approved but Brian cleverly worked through the application process which resulted in an approved new mortgage. This was my third loan with Brian Tata , I cant say more than that. Satisfied customers become loyal customers and thats what Ive become a loyal satisfied customer. Any issue I had in relation to verbage on the loan, figures that did or didnt work or anything else he answered for me. Literally every time I called and when he said hed call back he did.
