You hear horror stories about management companies, but he is actually responsive, prompt, helpful and approachable :) Thank you, Franco!

I work with Camilla, she is a fabulos and caring manager of Gordon James Realty. First, she never missed a thing, so my condos business were well taken care of since she stayed on top of everything. She answered my emails promptly and gave me a good detail with clarity for me to understand. I could make decisions based on her professional analysis. I wish all the people I am working were like her, then I would have easy time every day.
Overall, she is one of the best real property managers you could get. I appreciate her services.

As a first time landlord, Ive been so glad to have support from Gordon James Realty! Diego, my account manager is so responsive and helpful. Hes patiently explained the forms I need and has been able to get repairs done to my condo more quickly than I could when I was living there. Its such a relief to have the support of professionals!
