Ive been here twice, both times I got different services. I decided to give this place a try since I live in the area & my first time was great I only went in for a pedicure. I went again this week only for a gel manicure & I was very dissatisfied & disappointed. The lady seemed annoyed & seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. She had forgot about finishing up with a top gel coat until I reminded her & barely filed my nails after I requested squared (they looked round). I left & had to file them at home.

Went here because of the positive reviews but paying for their overpriced pedicure it should have been a better experience; also nail techs are not trained enough bc my many years of receiving pedicures I've never gotten an ingrown toenail until after this service.
Honestly save your money and go to a regular nail place pretty much the same type of service if not worse.

Absolutely terrible salon. It is clean and a good aesthetic but who cares when the staff are incredibly rude and they have destroyed my nails multiple times. I went back a few times to see if it was just a one off experience... nope! I was always disappointed in the service, my nails were falling apart and I was in pain. Never returning!

Ive been going to this nail saloon for a number of months and have never had a bad experience- lots of fun color options, free drink, kind staff, clean/quiet atmosphere, and always an incredible job on my nails. Takes at least 2 weeks to see any chips on my nails even though I use my hands a lot, esp playing with the dog every day! Very gentle staff and I appreciate the professional demeanor by not yelling at each other across the salon! Pricing is good and Im always happy and will confirm to go back as long as I live in the area:-)

Ozzy was great! The vibe of the salon was lovely, the playlist was wonderful, and the manicure I got was pristine. I will say I really had my heart set on a French manicure but I was told, once I was already sitting in the chair, that they couldnt do that unless I upgraded to a gel manicure. That was a bummer. I ended up just getting a regular manicure because I didnt want to be upcharged. I wish they were more upfront about this or made it clearer on their website.
