      image I live in Virginia and I ordered some flowers over the phone for a friend In Winston Salem N C. They did a great job for me. The flowers were beautiful and the lady that helped me was great. I would definitely use them again.

      image If I could give a zero stars I would. My mother ordered flowers and candy for my aunt who's in the hospital on yesterday. The order was delivered to the wrong room. My mother called to followup and only found this out after having to play phone tag between the hospital and the florist. They did agree to send another delivery and added some additional items without charging for them. The 2nd order was taken to the hospital and delivered to my aunt. The balloons that were delivered did not have weights and she had to hold them in her hand, which she is not equipped to do. Long story short this was a terrible experience and we don't plan on doing business with them again.
