I came to Grassroots (crying) after another salon botched up a haircut. They cut it uneven and too short. This was a few years ago and my stylist performed an absolute MIRACLE! She has since left (I do not remember her name!) but I have continued to return. I have since had my hair done several times with Audra (who I absolutely love as well!) I have since moved from Winston because of the high rent and how dangerous the city has become, but Grassroots is a salon that I wish I could give a higher review because it's going to be so hard to match their level of expertise and professionalism. The salon is very clean, void of declutter. The staff - stylists and receptionist are extremely professional. The work is top tier and I have always left better than when I came in. Every single appointment I have had at Grassroots, I felt like I was listened to and both stylists completely knew EXACTLY what I was talking about. I brought in an old photo of myself from high school and Audra matched my hair color perfectly! As a client I felt 110% taken care of and respected. My biggest regret was not making an appointment before I left... Thank you for your amazing work. You truly are a hidden gem! -Lynn
