Beautiful property and very quiet!! Management is very quick to correct any problems that may arise and office staff is super friendly. Maintenance is quick with fixing things as well. I'll continue living here for years to come

Customer service is so welcoming make you feel comfortable like you are taking to your family. They keep you up to date at all times. If you need help to fill out your application they help you with a big smile .the room has a lot of space if you're thinking about getting a apartment Alaris village is the place to be

This community is horrible! I lived here for 7 months and I should have stayed with my family until I found a new house. FIRST let me start off by saying the property manager Jeanne is very unprofessional! So first off I havent stayed in apartment in over 10 years. Well I had to move out of my house because of serious needed repairs. I signed a 13 month lease with Alaris Village to hold me over until I found a new house. Well I moved in at the end of March 2023, that Summer I allowed my kids to invite their cousins over. They stayed for the weekend. A couple of days following, I received an email with a picture of one of the kids age 14. Jeanne asked did I know him. I replied yes. She then stated that he was BANNED for urinating outside. I understand that he could have came in the house but boys will be boys AND this was his first time over. I was unaware of what happened and he then stated that he did not. They had a picture of him, not a video but I let his mom know he wasnt allowed back over and that was that. Then it was issues saying my 4 year old twins were too loud. Well so was the marijuana smells that creeps through my front door. But I wasnt complaining about that. Also, since there is ONLY 1 dumpster (they removed the cardboard compactor) in the neighborhood, we have to drive to the dumpster. Well my 15, who has her permit, drove my car to the dumpster. When she returned she backed into the parking space. Well she mashed the gas instead of the break and hit the bricks that sit adjacent to our building. She came in the house and told me what happened, I had her stack the bricks (which by the way wasnt broken just knocked over) the way they were suppose to be. It wasnt neat but they were stacked. Well one of the neighbors reported it to the office and they charged me $999 for RESTACKING the bricks. Well one of the ladies that work there told me that the property manager only placed the charge on my account to get me to move out. I called to ask them to temporarily remove it so I could pay my rent. They could then place it up there so the next paycheck I could pay the $999. Well the property manager told me that it wasnt possible to remove it. Later, her boss called me and asked me if I wanted to move. If so she would remove the charge. (SOMETHING THAT I WAS TOLD COULD NOT BE DONE). I then agreed to move within 30 days. The day I was to turn my keys in, no one was in the office, there was plastic everywhere and the rental office was being remodeled. Well Jeanne told me that someone was there. I asked her to look at the camera to see that I was there at the time I was suppose to. So we set a time for me to drop my keys off. Ms. Stephanie who is always so pleasant helped me with everything, gave me copies and I then asked to speak with Ms. Jeanne. Well Ms. Jeanne said she would come out when she finished what she was doing. She never came out so I left. Later she emailed me. I basically told her how I felt. She made all types of excuses and told me they did a walk through in the apartment with NOTHING MESSED UP OR BROKEN except for the blinds. She stated she will send my finally bill. I only owed $30 after applying the damages to the blinds, final water bill and security deposit credit. Well weeks later I get 2 more bills for over $1000. Saying its for extra paint for the walls which by the way wasnt messed up. Some paint was peeling when I stayed there due to their poor job of painting but nothing we did. The office was aware. I told them before. They also said for damage to a door. My kids nor myself messed up any door. I have all videos and pictures from when I moved. I just need to figure out who to send them to because Ms. Jeanne is retaliating because I told her how I feel and asked her to stop emailing me because it was now considered harassment. Lastly I did not change my kids school because I loved their schools. So I would drop them off at a family members in the morning after I got off and pick them up there. Well Jeanne said I couldnt because once I moved I nor my kids was allowed there
