AAA failed me again. I got a flat tire just down the road from Shadow's Auto LLC and AAA couldn't find a tow company that would tow my car. A kid stopped and called Shadow's for me, he came down the road, grabbed my tire and replaced it within and hour. Service charge amd tire out the door and even less than his initial quote. Then he even fed me while I waited for a ride. Not many good guys out there running a business that actually practices amazing customer service. This is one of those places!

We were stuck on the highway on a Sunday afternoon, with a truck that was over heating. After a fiasco with multiple tow truck companies, I called the only shop that was listed as being open. Shadow answered the phone and was so sweet, he could fit us in whenever we were able to get there.
He diagnosed our problem was the water pump! But unfortunately the parts stores were closed, but he offered for us to stay at his place and access to the shop TV, pop machine and bathroom. We were pulling a 5th wheel trailer and I only drive forward, he called a helper to come and back our camper into his driveway. We set up for the night. He was able to get the part ordered and started working by noon! He had us on the road that evening, even helped us hook up the camper.
Great customer service, just a really nice guy with reasonable prices, if he wasn’t an hour and a half away from home I would would switch to him for all my car needs in a minute! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wonderful place and people..Kenny does such a amazing job and I would Highly recommend family friends to go get your vehicle done there
