Aweful service . I went there to buy a new phone the employees were siting around doing nothing
. No one's offered me any kind of help . And what's so funny is I asked one of the rep about the new one plus 8 . He said that he never heard of it I'm taking my business somewhere else .

I went to tell them that my phone wasn't charging. They said there wasn't nothing they can do and the my protection plan expired. Well that's bull, because I pay monthly for my plan. All they care about is trying to sell you a phone. Unprofessional.

Lightskin Fat guy with the pimple on his cheek. really rude.lucky I didn’t want to make a scene.i work in customer service.that employee at this locations body language and tone is so disrespectful and unprofessional.
