image Update: I wanted to come back to this review and give credit where it is due and say Michelle, one of the managers, did an amazing job helping me rectify the situation with NGrid that led me to leaving a low rating initially. The electric billing situation was rectified and was not Audubons fault and they went above and beyond to help me out. It is one thing that I cannot fault Plantation Ridge for, their excellent communication and response to helping residents, or in this case, a former resident.
Edited review:
I relocated to MA for work and chose Plantation Ridge due to the ability to obtain a short term lease and proximity to work. Only a 3 month lease and it wasnt exactly a perfect experience.
The good: plenty of parking, nice landscaping, nice management and communication, no problem with other residents, clean apartments, relatively updated, spacious, convenient location, dog friendly
The bad: No mail service for several weeks because of break ins to the mailboxes, packages were stolen from residents so couldnt order things online, fridge broke (they did give a credit on my rent, thanks), noisy location by entrance, and door dash deliveries piled up in the entrance. Also, they charge a cleaning fee AND carpet cleaning fee when you move out, eating up 25% of your deposit, but it is disclosed in the lease. Stings a little when you have a short term lease but wouldnt have been an issue if I lived there a year or two.
Edit: Removed the issue with the electric account and addressed at the top in the update.
Again, Im sure some people have perfect experiences here, but for me with a short stay, it was just ok. However, Michelle and the staff went a long way to improving my outlook on Plantation Ridge in the care that they showed to fix my issues even though I was no longer a resident and they had no obligation to help. Customer service is always important to me, and they are definitely on top here and some of the best. So 5/5 in service.

image I have been living at Audubon for 2 years now and absolutely love it. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues I have. I love the privacy and quietness living here. My favorite part is that my dog Woody loves the dog park and has had made lots of new friends!

image Do not live here water is always off no hot water you can hear everything through the walls pepole constantly slamming doors no one picks up after there pets. Rude management. They lie to you when u sign the lease saying its a great place to live that is a lie. Packages go missing all the time all they care about is money and frankly for the amount of money you pay its not worth it hall ways smell like mold. Awful place I regret it I will also be posting pictures as proof of their neglect they like to answer reviews saying what pepole are reviewing are allegations. Thats why I will be posting pictures as proof slumlords at its best. Place Is a mess no one does anything about it. Not worth 3k a month at all. All the 5 star reviews are fake for sure
