      image Very difficult time getting the $100 deposit fee removed from my credit card. I had to call after the car was returned to have the fee removed. They had to look into it. I then recieved a call saying the car was returned in great condition, verifying the fee's removal only to have the fee reappear the next day. I called again and I was told that their records show the fee was removed, but would look into it and call me with an update. I have not recieved an update and the fee remains on my card.
