i took my car today for a estimate to get it fixed. they were just great right away they were going to try and see if they could make things easier for me until the parts were in i was impressed that they were going to do this for me. that right there told me these were good people. really great to be treated so great. i recommend them Service: Body & Trim

I won't go anywhere else. Give these ppl a try. They took great care of my car here. I love the final results. Matt and Tyler are very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate their honest work.

absolutely awful experience. the incompetent and clueless receptionist will be the end of this business. I emailed Alisha on March 29 about repairs on my car, and she responded telling me to bring it in May 8 and they would get started on it. when I arrived May 8 they acted like they had no idea who I was and that I had no appointment. after 30 minutes of back and forth with the receptionist insisting that she never spoke with me, she found the email conversations and suddenly remembered that she DID tell me to come in. after 2 DAYS of leaving my car here, I call to check on the status and am told I will receive a call back. After calling a 2nd and 3rd time over the course of an entire day, I finally receive the call and am told that my car hasnt been started on because it was an unscheduled dropoff. no one at this business seems to care that I wasted nearly $1000 on a rental car and waited over a month to get my car fixed only to be blamed for THEIR mixup and pushed to the back of the line. they obviously have a lot of business but because of this dont respect their customers.
