        DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is bugs everywhere and pest control cant even get rid of them! Everything is the cheapest made. The appliances are all horrible and barely work and they wont fix anything when you ask! It took 2 months to get pest control out here! I would give this place zero stars if I could do not consider this place EVER!!

        I toured this property, because I am thinking of moving here. I was very impressed with how nice it looked and the first person who greeted me when I arrived was the Service Manager, Ryan, who was very kind, professional, and informative as I waited for Keywon to return from another tour. Keywon was also very helpful and I am very pleased.

        I couldn't be happier with my choice to make Novella at Biltmore my new home. I stopped in without an appointment and was graciously greeted by Ke-Won and walked away knowing without a doubt that this was the community for me. He was professional and courteous and has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Ke-Won effectively represents the quality that Mark-Taylor Residential strives for; and I can tell from the outset that Novella will continue to be a wise choice!
