White Cap

I took a copy of my invoice for sikaflex from last week to purchase the identical product. I was told that their system was down and they could not sell anything unless I had an account. I was told that they could take a credit card and could not even look up a price. I suggested that the previous invoice from last week had the price and product information on it and I could pay cash to the dollar. The counter guy refused and suggested that I go to another location about 15 miles away in Gilbert. I went to that location and was told that they did not stock the color I wanted, only the location that would not sell it to me for exact cash. They offered to take my money then take the order back to the original Phoenix location and I could pick it up. The counter guy said that he would have sold me what I wanted for cash. I selected another color and they wrote it up. The price was 50% higher. I was told that the color I wanted was cheaper because they sell more of it and get a better price even though only one location sells it. I guess it is too big of a seller for other locations to stock. Just as I started to walk away, I was told that he would sell me the higher priced color are the price of my first order. When it was Border, all colors were the same price. Broadway location deserves one star. Gilber location saved it to two.

I wish they had a no star button. I am disappointed. I ordered some Simpson Bearing Plates and paid for next day air. What they don't tell you is if you send in a tax exempt form it takes a few days to "process" so you don't receive the product the next day. I am out $17.15.

I can not thank Mike and the white cap staff so much I needed a specific measurement on plastic he had it shipped from the Midwest and saved the day without this plastic my business would stop thanks again Mike you the man
