Aliso Apartments

I've only toured so far but wanted to leave this review for Renee who was wonderful showing me the building. I've toured pretty much every major building in DTLA at this point and she was by far the best leasing agent I've interacted with. She was incredibly patient with me including a second tour to help me finalize my choice.

I had the pleasure of working with Maggie during my search for a new home, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with her expertise and professionalism. From the moment we met, it was clear that Maggie was dedicated to finding me the perfect apartment at Aliso Apartments. While I waited for Maggie to show me the apartments, I had the pleasure of meeting Lupe and Joseline, who made the experience even more enjoyable. They were part of the Aliso Apartments team, and their friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease and helped me become excited at being part of this community. First and foremost, Maggie is incredibly personable. She greeted me with a warm aura and a genuine interest in understanding what I was looking for in my next home. Throughout the entire process, she made me feel valued and listened to, always taking the time to address my questions and concerns. Her approach was never pushy or sales-oriented, but rather, she focused on ensuring that I found a place that truly suited my needs. Maggie's knowledge of the Aliso Apartments and the surrounding area was impeccable. She showed me three apartments that I absolutely fell in love with. Her keen eye for detail meant that each unit she presented to me aligned perfectly with my preferences, saving me both time and energy in the decision-making process. Not only was she attentive to my wants, but she also demonstrated a genuine passion for her work. It was evident that she took pride in her role as leasing professional, and that enthusiasm translated into the care she put into every step of the process. Maggie was there to guide me through the paperwork, provide valuable insights, and suggestions when I needed it. I truly appreciated how responsive Maggie was throughout the whole experience. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she promptly got back to me, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I recently had a tour with Maggie Rocha. What a dream to call this place home! One of the best ways to judge a property is by its staff. Maggie gave me a tour of Aliso and was a great experience. I will be leasing soon! Had a fantastic experience!

Ever since the management switched to Cushman Wakefield its been awful. I think the garage door has been broken for months, a lot of other issues I wont get into. Youd be better off looking at any of the buildings around I.e. Garey Building, One Santa Fe, etc. theres quite a few more well maintained, well managed buildings nearby Follow up: Im still waiting for my deposit back from this place over 2 months from moving out Also notice that almost every good review in the last 3-4 months are from people who toured but havent moved here

I enjoyed my visit. Aliso has everything I'm looking for in apartment living. Renee was a wonderful tour guide. She answered all my questions and was patient, funny, and kind. Living at Aiso is at the top of my list.
