Do NOT buy bottoms up roller shades from these people. They are marketing regular roller shades as a bottoms up product, and they will not work properly if you install shades upside down.

Wonderful experience with Aero Shade! Every step of the process was so easy and everyone was extremely helpful and professional. We explained what we were looking for and Joey was able to help us select the perfect shades for our home, WE LOVE THEM SO MUCH! A wonderful company with kind and generous owners and a happy and skilled staff. I've taken shades in for repair over the years and also had them make new shades. Each job was done well, at a reasonable price and quickly. Everyone who helped me was courteous and kind. Unsolicited, the sales person who helped me told me she was so happy to work for the owners and it was a wonderful job. Wow. How often do you hear that from an employee these days?  I can't recommend this company more.

Used to be excellent but the excellent salesman left and service is not as good. Your service depends on the salesman. Does not appear to have a central person responsible.

We had the best experience working with Aero Shade. Not only are their products exceptional, but their design and installation teams are knowledgeable, competent and polite. They made the entire process seamless and smooth. Communication was easy and prompt. Everything was completely customizable and there were endless options for color and style. I highly recommend the battery powered remote control shades. We selected this option for all of our downstairs windows and we are so happy with the convenience it offers. Thank you Aero Shade for such a positive experience. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
