We liver for a year and half here. The facilities are great for the price. The gym is fantastic. The maintenance team is incredible. I want to personally thank Ryan da Camara at the front desk for all the help when we were moving in and moving out. He was also extremely helpful in handling our packages when had to be out for over a month.

Let's start with my apartmentit's not just a living space; it's a tranquil oasis where I can unwind after a long day, yet just steps away from everything the city offers. The views from my windows is nothing short of breathtaking, offering a panoramic view that soothes my soul every day. And the amenities? There's a level of luxury and convenience, from the multiple outdoor grills, the quiet library, the community spaces, the well equipped gym, and the views from the penthouse clubroom. I also appreciate the security that the package lockers and room offer. But what truly elevates the experience and set The George apart from other places I have lived in San Francisco is the exceptional team here. Bree and Parris in the leasing office are not just professionals; they're warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. Ryan and the concierge crew? They redefine hospitality, making every interaction a delight. And let's not forget the amazing maintenance staffthey work tirelessly to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Let's not forget the security staff who work in the area who are always present around the building. As an interior designer, I'm not just impressed by the functionality but also the aesthetics of the building. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending style with functionality in perfect harmony. In essence, The George is more than just a residenceit's a haven where every detail is crafted to elevate your lifestyle.

The building itself is pretty nice with relatively nice amenities. But that's it. You are surrounded by homeless and drug addicts acting erratically, pretty much daily. It's not a safe area. The main entry door screen just got broken, so now deliveries can't be made. It's quite a depressing place to live except if you don't care about your immediate surroundings. Not sure why people give this place good ratings. Another annoying thing is the fact that you need an app to open doors.

This review is for Parris. She was my leasing agent and was very knowledgable, helpful, and went above and beyond while facilitating my tour, applying, and moving in. In fact, she accommodated a sudden change during the move, which made moving into the building less stressful. She did phenomenal work! I completed my year here. It was great. I got exactly what I needed from the unit. Everything worked. Staff is responsive. If the unit had a complimentary parking space, I'd have probably stayed. But, that wasn't an issue until I purchased a car midway through the lease. Problem is I have to walk ~10 mins to retrieve it from the garage as if I'm living in Manhattan, hahaha!
