This company is subsiary of Veritas Investments, largest landlord in SF. Ruthless corporation that doesn't care about people unless you are young, on the whiter side and/or rich but after you live there awhile and they want higher rent, they don't treat you well anymore. If you are older, not a hip techie/millenial, disabled, long term renter, etc, they treat you terribly. They've been successfully sued multiple times by tenants for their illegal and unethical behavior. They had over 800 million from Goldman Sachs and 100's of millions from other investors yet they took advantage and took over 3 million in pandemic funds that were meant for small businesses that were hurting in SF. Even Nancy Pelosi got pissed at them for that. They often put on a nice face at first but seriously beware.
